Hello from Green Lake Wisconsin Another year is over and a fresh New Year has begun; we are looking forward to an even better 2004!  All of the 2003 Chamber events and activities were successful, and we thank those who were able to make it to any or all events for helping make them successful.  If you have any questions or comments about any event, please let us know.  We try every year to improve our events, and your input is very valuable to us.  We are working on Winterfest 2004, our first event of the year, which will be held  Friday & Saturday, February 13 & 14.  Some of the activities planned include: Ice Bowling, Ice Golf, Ice Sculpturing, Miss Winterfest Competition, Fisheree, Helicopter Rides, Carriage Rides, Winterfest Dance, Medallion Hunt, Baked Beans Contest, games, and as you can see from the picture, Volleyball Tournaments.  For those of you who would like to receive a Winterfest flier, please let us know.  Otherwise you can go to the Winterfest Poster Page on our website. Green Lake will again be celebrating "Romantic Getaway Month" for February, and many of the businesses have put packages together or are doing something special on their own.  Some of the packages include lodging, dinner, breakfast, spa experience, flowers, and more.  All of these are guaranteed to help in the romance department.  Let us know if you would like more information.  We would be happy to help you, or you can go to the Romantic Getaway Month page on our website. Please, remember that you are always welcome in Green Lake.  There is always something to do and/or see.  With the Lake finally icing over and snow making everything white, the sights here are grand.  Besides our events we do have many great places to shop, dine, stay, and just enjoy!
